COI Required:

45 days before move-in

• Please forward the necessary documents to SALES@GWCC.COM
• For your reference, the requirements for the certificate of insurance are outlined on page 1, article C, of the license agreement.
• THE COI MUST:
  • Be a certificate of commercial general liability insurance.
  • Be written on an occurrence basis and issued by an insurance company authorized to transact business in State Of Georgia.
  • Include contractual liability coverage.
  • Name the customer as insured and include the following as additional insureds:
    The State of Georgia (including the State Tort Claims Fund and other State-established Liability Funds), the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, and their respective officers and employees.
    • This language may be included in the Description of Operations section of the Certificate of Insurance.
  • Have coverage limits of no less than $1,000,000 per person and $3,000,000 per occurrence.
